Disney Holiday Transfer provides private transportation services including:

  • Disneyland Paris transfers

  • Airport transfers

  • Hotel transfers

  • City and long-distance transfers

All services are provided subject to vehicle availability and advance booking.


 
3. Booking & Confirmation
  • All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone, or email.

  • A booking is considered confirmed once we acknowledge it via email, WhatsApp, or phone.

  • Customers must provide accurate pickup details, contact information, and travel times.


 
 
4. Pricing & Night Time Surcharge
  • Prices shown are per vehicle unless stated otherwise.

  • Night Time Surcharge:

    • Between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, an additional €15 surcharge applies to the total fare.

  • Any tolls, parking fees, or extra waiting time may be charged if applicable.


 
 
5. Payment Terms
  • Payment is collected at the end of each ride.

  • We accept the following payment methods:

    • Cash

    • Card

    • Apple Pay

  • All payments must be made in Euros (€).


 
 
6. Passenger Responsibilities
  • Passengers must arrive on time at the agreed pickup location.

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.

  • Damage caused to the vehicle by passengers may be charged.

  • Smoking, illegal substances, or dangerous behavior are strictly prohibited.


 
 
7. Luggage Policy
  • Luggage allowance depends on the vehicle type selected.

  • Extra or oversized luggage must be declared at the time of booking.

  • Disney Holiday Transfer is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.


 
 
08. Child Seats
  • Child seats may be available upon request.

  • Customers are responsible for requesting the correct child seat type during booking.


 
09. Limitation of Liability

Disney Holiday Transfer will not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or road conditions

  • Missed flights, trains, or appointments due to circumstances beyond our control

  • Indirect or consequential losses


 
10. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data collected during booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR).


 
11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France.
