Disney Holiday Transfer provides private transportation services, including:

• Disneyland Paris transfers
• Paris airport transfers
• Hotel transfers
• City and long-distance transfers

• All bookings must be made in advance via our website, phone or email.
• A booking is confirmed after acknowledgement by email, WhatsApp or phone.
• Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop-off details.
• Correct contact information and travel times must be supplied.

Prices displayed or quoted are per vehicle unless expressly stated otherwise.

Tolls, parking charges or additional waiting time may be charged when applicable.

Payment is collected at the end of each ride. We accept:

• Arrive on time at the agreed pickup location.
• Wear seat belts whenever the vehicle is moving.
• Pay for damage caused to the vehicle when applicable.
• Follow reasonable safety instructions provided by the driver.

• Luggage allowance depends on the selected vehicle type.
• Extra or oversized luggage must be declared when booking.
• Select a suitable vehicle for your passengers and luggage.
• Keep valuable personal belongings with you.

Child seats may be available upon request. Customers are responsible for requesting the correct child seat type and providing the relevant child information during booking.

Disney Holiday Transfer will not be held liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents or road conditions.
• Missed flights, trains or appointments due to events beyond our control.
• Indirect, incidental or consequential losses.
• Disruption caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Personal information collected during a booking is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of France. Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable French law.

Disney Holiday Transfer reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes become effective once they are published on this website.
